MATTE PRINTS:
CANADA Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery in 4 – 6 business days**
US Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery in 4 – 7 business days**
**Business days are Monday - Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping time estimates. Shipping times are always an estimate and are not guaranteed but I will do my best to get your shipment to you in a timely fashion.
PACKAGING MATTE PRINTS FOR SHIPPING:
The packaging will depend on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. The standard packaging for posters is:
Flat for posters up to A4
Tube for posters above A4 (triangular or rectangular tube may be used)

PACKAGING CANVAS PRINTS FOR SHIPPING:
Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packaged in a hard cardboard box. The print providers uses 28% less cardboard than the industry standard through custom boxes created with recycled materials designed to fit each product size and/or order. Specialized machinery in all facilities allows them to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments.
ADDRESS CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS:
Please check that your shipping address is filled out correctly before finalizing your order. I want to ensure you receive your delivery. If you accidentally provide me with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address upon checkout, please notify me ASAP at canvascitykitty@gmail.com. This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify me of an address change prior to the time of shipping, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package has been returned and the additional shipping fees have been received, I will reship your order.
TRACKING NUMBER:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received this, please check your Spam and Junk folders. If you still have not received this, please contact me at canvascitykitty@gmail.com and I will look into the status of your order.
RETURN POLICY
Original/Custom Art and Customized Prints:
All sales are final on Custom Art. Due to the personalization and customization of this Artwork, I cannot accept returns.
Prints:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact me and provide photographs of the damage. We can discuss how to best proceed on a case-by-case basis.
